Cookies Policy

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Unlike most websites, we keep our use of them to the bare minimum: DILF only sets cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies at all.

Why We Don't Show a Cookie Banner

You won't see a cookie consent pop-up on this site. That's because we only set strictly necessary cookies (which UK law exempts from consent), and our analytics are completely cookieless, we count page views and site interactions anonymously, without identifying you, storing anything on your device, or following you around the web. Nothing we do requires your consent, so we don't interrupt you to ask for it.

The one exception is the embedded Ticket Tailor checkout: when you choose to buy a ticket, the checkout frame is provided by Ticket Tailor and may set its own cookies to process your booking (see Third-Party Cookies below). It only loads if you open the checkout.

If this ever changes, for example, if we introduce cookies that do require consent, we will add a consent banner and update this policy before doing so.

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for a variety of reasons detailed below. Unfortunately in most cases there are no industry standard options for disabling cookies without completely disabling the functionality and features they add to this site. It is recommended that you leave on all cookies if you are not sure whether you need them or not in case they are used to provide a service that you use.

Disabling Cookies

You can prevent the setting of cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser (see your browser Help for how to do this). Be aware that disabling cookies will affect the functionality of this and many other websites that you visit. Disabling cookies will usually result in also disabling certain functionality and features of the this site. Therefore it is recommended that you do not disable cookies.

The Cookies We Set

  • Age confirmation - DILF is strictly for over 18s. When you confirm your age, we set a cookie so we don't have to ask you again on every visit. It expires after 3 months.
  • Authentication cookies - When you sign in to your DILF account, we set session and security (CSRF) cookies to keep you securely logged in. They expire after 48 hours or when you sign out.
  • If you visited before we removed our old cookie banner, you may still have a leftover "cookie-consent" cookie. It no longer does anything and will expire on its own.

Cookieless Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and our own in-house analytics system to understand how the site is used. Neither sets cookies, and both are anonymous: they count events (like page views and clicks) in hourly buckets and cannot identify or track individual visitors.

Third-Party Cookies

Ticket Tailor event ticket checkout runs in an embedded Ticket Tailor frame. Ticket Tailor may set its own cookies to process your booking, see the Ticket Tailor Privacy Policy.

Disabling Cookies

You can block cookies entirely in your browser settings (see your browser's Help pages). If you block ours, signing in won't work and we'll ask you to confirm your age on every visit — but the rest of the site will work fine.
